料理教室は英語で行われますか？
Are the cooking classes conducted in English?

はい、基本的に英語で行います。
ただし、事前にご連絡いただければ、日本語クラスもご利用いただけます。

Yes, classes will generally be conducted in English.
However, Japanese classes are also available if you contact us in advance.

通訳をお願いできますか？
Can I request an interpreter?

弊社では、英語対応可能なスタッフはおりますが、通訳ではございません。
そのため、レッスンに関する内容以外の質問には、ご対応できない場合がございます。
必要な場合は、通訳の手配（有料）も可能です。 また、思い出に動画や写真撮影等の手配（有料）も可能です。

We have staff who can speak English, but they are not interpreters.
Therefore, we may not be able to respond to questions that are not related to the lesson.
If necessary, we can arrange for an interpreter (for a fee). We can also arrange for videos and photos to be taken as mementos (for a fee).

特別な食事制限やニーズに対応してもらえますか?
Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions or needs?

食物アレルギーやその他の制限がある場合は、予約時に記入してください。
ベジタリアン料理教室も数多く開催しています。幸いなことに、伝統的な日本料理には多くのレシピがあります。

If you have any food allergies or other restrictions, please note them when booking.
We also run a number of vegetarian cooking classes. Fortunately, there are many recipes for traditional Japanese cuisine available.

日本料理を作ったことがなくても参加できますか？
Can I participate even if I have never cooked Japanese food before?

もちろんです！クラスでは日本料理、ユニークな食材、文化的側面について説明します。
クラスで学ぶより深い洞察力で、日本滞在中の食体験を存分に楽しむことができます。

Absolutely! The class will cover Japanese cuisine, its unique ingredients and cultural aspects.
With a deeper insight you will be able to fully enjoy your food experiences during your stay in Japan.

当日に何か機材を用意する必要はありますか？
Do I need to prepare any equipment on the day?

１人での利用は可能ですか？
Can I use it alone?

はい、お一人でもご参加可能なプランをご用意しております。

キャンセルする場合、料金は発生しますか？
If I cancel, will there be a fee?

予約をキャンセルするには、確認メール内の「予約の表示/キャンセル」ボタンをクリックしてください。
ご予約確定日の 14 日前までにキャンセル通知をいただいた場合、お支払いは全額返金されます。
ご予約確定日の 7 日から 13 日前までにキャンセルされた場合は、お支払い金額の 50% が返金されます。
ご予約確定日の 6 日前を過ぎた場合は、お支払い金額は返金されません。
確認された日に来られなかった場合、全額の支払いおよび/またはギフト券は没収されます。

To cancel your booking, click the "View/Cancel booking" button in your confirmation email.
If you cancel at least 14 days before your booking is confirmed, your payment will be fully refunded.
If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before your booking is confirmed, a 50% refund will be given.
If you cancel less than 6 days before your booking is confirmed, your payment will not be refunded.
If you fail to show up on the confirmed date, your full payment and/or gift certificate will be forfeited.

同行の友人が見学するだけの場合、無料となりますか？
If my friend is just looking around, will it be free?

誠に申し訳ありませんが、スペースの都合上、ご同行はご遠慮ください。
ご友人の方も正規料金をお支払いくださる場合は、見学のみも可能です。

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we do not allow companions to accompany you.
Your friend may simply observe if he or she pays the regular admission fee.
